The United States Department of Transportation (USDOT) invites all capital market industry participants (borrowers, issuers, investment bankers, insurers, concessionaires, consultants, and attorneys) and state and local transportation officials to present their perspectives on the upcoming TIFIA competitive solicitation; the potential implementation of an Upfront Fee Pilot Program; and changes to strengthen or expand TIFIA, particularly in the context of the upcoming surface transportation authorizing legislation.
The session will be held at USDOT headquarters, 1200 New Jersey Avenue, SE, Washington, DC. Registration begins at 9:00 am, and the session will formally begin at 10:30 am. The session will conclude at 4:30 pm.
Due to security restrictions, participants will not be allowed to leave and reenter the building. Therefore, a sandwich buffet will be provided for a cash fee of $10.
