FEDERAL-AID POLICY GUIDE - CHANGE

  1. PURPOSE. To transmit revised pages to the Federal-Aid Policy Guide (FAPG), dated December 9, 1991.

  2. COMMENTS

    1. The FAPG is being updated to include the Federal-aid regulations published in the Federal Register from June 1 to the present. Included in this revision are regulations related to (1) 23 CFR, Part 140, Reimbursement (56 FR 56577), (2) 23 CFR, Part 635, Construction and Maintenance (56 FR 37004), and (3) 23 CFR, Part 1205, Highway Safety Programs; Determination of Effectiveness (56 FR 50255).

    2. A number of pages to 23 CFR, Part 1204, were inadvertently omitted in the initial issuance, and they have also been included in this revision to the FAPG.

  3. REGULATORY MATERIAL. The regulatory material contained in the attached directive has been published in the Federal Register and will be codified in title 23 Code of Federal Regulations.

  4. ACTION. Each recipient office is responsible for filing the attached FAPG pages into the binders provided.
