FEDERAL-AID POLICY GUIDE - CHANGE

  1. PURPOSE. To transmit new and revised pages to the Federal-Aid Policy Guide (FAPG).

  2. COMMENTS. The FAPG is being updated to include the following items.

    1. Federal-aid regulations previously published in the Federal Register.

        (1) Revised sections: (a) 23 CFR 230, External Programs, and (b) 23 CFR Part 1208, National Minimum Drinking Age.

        (2) New sections: NS 49 CFR 24C, General Relocation Requirements.

        (3) Relocated section: 23 CFR Part 1212 (Sections 1212.1 through 1212.10) in chapter II, subchapter B, is redesignated as part 192 (Sections 192.1 through 192.10) in chapter I, subchapter B.

    2. Revised pages to the Table of Contents.

  3. REGULATORY MATERIAL. The regulatory material contained in this directive has been published in the Federal Register and will be codified in Title 23, Code of Federal Regulations.

  4. ACTION. Each recipient office is responsible for filing the attached FAPG pages into the binders provided.
