  1. What is the purpose of this transmittal? This transmittal revises pages to the Federal-Aid Policy Guide (FAPG).

  2. What are the specific changes to the FAPG? The FAPG is revised to include changes to the non-regulatory supplement (NS) guidance information in NS 23 Code of Federal Regulations (CFR) 625, Paragraph 10, Prestressing Strand for Pretension Applications Development Length Revisited, and Paragraph 16, Guides and References. The changes update the guidance related to strand development length, and they also update the obsolete references to certain publications on bridges and structures.
