Yes, this Notice cancels FHWA Notice 4510.761, Fiscal Year (FY) 2013 Supplementary Tables - Apportionments Pursuant to the Moving Ahead for Progress in the 21st Century Act, dated January 9, 2013. This Notice reflects the FY 2013 revised apportionments due to the 0.2 percent across-the-board rescission contained in section 3004 of Pub. L. 113-6. The revised supplementary tables are based on the revised apportionments contained in FHWA Notice 4510.765. In addition, tables have been added to show the penalty splits elected by States and to provide information related to the transferability of funds apportioned under MAP-21 for FY 2013.

  3. What do the attached tables show?

    1. The first attachment is the Table of Contents for the supplementary tables, which provides information on where to find specific program data.

    2. Tables 1 through 15 show the funding breakdowns, including set-asides, suballocations, and limiting amounts by program. The tables also identify the Fiscal Management Information System (FMIS) program codes and associated statutory references.

    3. Table 16 shows the not to exceed 50 percent transfer limit for the apportioned programs and the apportioned funding program codes that are eligible for transfer.

  4. What action is required? Division Administrators should ensure that copies of this Notice are provided to the State departments of transportation.
