FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION - CHANGE

  1. PURPOSE. To issue revised pages to the Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) section of the Department of Transportation Organization Manual.

  2. EXPLANATION OF CHANGES. This change designates the Director, Office of Budget and Finance, as FHWA's Chief Financial Officer (CFO) in support of departmental responsibilities under the CFO Act of 1990. The FHWA's organization chart and functions narrative are revised accordingly.
