FEDERAL HIGHWAY ADMINISTRATION - CHANGE
  1. PURPOSE. To issue revised pages to the Federal Highway Administration's (FHWA) section of the Department of Transportation Organization Manual.

  2. EXPLANATION OF CHANGES. This change documents the workforce planning function in the Administration Service Business Unit's Office of Human Resources. The Office of Human Resources provides leadership and expertise in identifying staffing needs, and in developing, implementing, and promoting a comprehensive workforce planning process for the agency. In addition, a minor wording change has been made in the mission statement.

  3. FILING INSTRUCTIONS.
