1. PURPOSE. To issue revised pages to the FHWA Delegations and Organization Manual.

2. EXPLANATION OF CHANGES. Part II (Organization and Functions), Chapter 8 (Office of Administration), Section 4 (Office of Information and Management Services) is changed to: (1) reflect retitling of the Information Systems Division as the Information Systems and Programs Division and (2) revise the functional statements of the retitled division.
