1. PURPOSE. To issue revised pages to the FHWA Delegations and Organization Manual.

2. EXPLANATION OF CHANGES

   1. Part II (Organization and Functions), Chapter 2 (Office of the Adminstrator), Section 3 (Office of Program Review and Strategic Business Planning), is amended to reflect the: (1) retitling of the Office of Program Review and Strategic Planning as the Office of Program Review and (2) transfer of the strategic planning function out of the office into the Legislation and Strategic Planning Division within the Office of Policy Development.

   2. Part II (Organization and Functions), Chapter 3 (Office of Policy), Section 2 (Office of Policy Development), is amended to reflect the addition of responsibility for management of the agency's strategic planning process into the functional statements of the Legislation and Strategic Planning Division.
