  1. What is the purpose of this change? The Office of Infrastructure's functions narrative is updated to document the Highways for LIFE (HfL) program, which is administered by the immediate office of the Associate Administrator for Infrastructure. Highways for LIFE refers to Long lasting highways using Innovative technologies and practices to accomplish Fast construction of Efficient and safe pavements and bridges.
