Overall, we've been very surprised because of how the community is composed in West Central Georgia. It's mostly rural, 90 percent rural. And seeing [unint.] on alternative transportation in rural areas, it has been, you know, very impressive for us in Georgia.  I've seen people in, you know, cities the size of 1,000 and people wanted to bike to work, people, you know, walking with their kids quite a distance to school just because they want to be a part of that.
