In the Bear Lake Region, so Rich County, Utah, Bear Lake County, Idaho, one of the things that's been implemented over the years in somewhat a fractured fashion is a bike path. Initially, Garden City, Utah, started with it and they completed about eight different miles through their community. And since that time quite a few people have come out of the woodwork and said, "You know, we need to get on the ball and start doing this, you know, as a way to link people up, improve the safety of our community, and [inaud.] improve the safety of the highway, you know, give visitors and tourists something else to do in the area."
