The New Mexico Division of the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is responsible for ensuring that Motor Carriers and Hazardous Material Shippers/Carriers are operating safely and legally in the United States. We provide Technical Assistance and Education to the Truck, Bus, and Hazardous Materials Industry. We provide information concerning the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Regulations (FMCSR's) and the Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR's)
