Financial Management Team

The team consists of a Financial Manager, who is the team leader, a Financial specialist and a File and Mail Room Clerk. This team is responsible for providing its customers and partners with technical and support assistance in the following areas:

• Federal-aid Transportation Funding Management
• Federal-aid Reimbursement Management
• Financial Management Improvement Techniques and Systems
• Personnel
• Innovative Finance
• Internal Office Services
• Internal Budget Management
• Training Management System
• National Highway Institute Training
• Freedom of Information Assistance
• National and Local Quality Initiatives Workshop Support

The primary customers internally are the division office employees as well as the Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration. Externally, they are the NM Highway and Transportation Department.
