The Ohio Division of the Federal Highway Administration is pleased to present our 2008 Accomplishment Report and 2009 Business Plan. This document is intended to communicate our commitment to working with you, our customers and partners, to keep America moving safely, comfortably, economically, and without harm to our environment. Our vision is to create the best transportation system in the country for Ohioans through proactive leadership, stewardship, and continuous quality improvement.
