Deficient Vertical Clearance
Unit Performance Objective: Develop and implement strategies to enhance Transportation Security and Emergency Response.
Strategic Measure: Reduce the number of bridges on the 16' component of the STRAHNET with deficient vertical clearance by 54% by 2016.
PERFORMANCE MEASURES
The Ohio Division has established a Division Dashboard that includes the most important/critical items, which is tracked monthly. These tools are used as a real-time management tool to use in keeping things on course. Performance measures are also included in our Stewardship and Oversight Agreement with ODOT. In additional to the office performance measures and dashboard, the division also reports on the Director of Field Services (DFS) measures and the measures for the national performance objectives. Future decisions are made based upon the analysis of this data. The data is also used to compare our progress with other Divisions, as well as track and report our progress throughout the year.
