Area 1
consists of Wagoner, Cherokee, Adair, Okmulgee, Muskogee, McIntosh, Haskell, and Sequoyah counties
Area 3 consists of Lincoln, Okfuskee, Cleveland, McClain, Pottawatomie, Seminole, Hughes, Garvin, Pontotoc, Coal, and Johnston counties

John Lairet - ODOT Field Divisions 8
Area 8 consists of Osage, Pawnee, Creek, Washington, Tulsa, Nowata, Rogers, Craig, Mayes, Ottawa, and Delaware counties
