Federal Aid Program Guide
        The Federal-Aid Policy Guide (FAPG) is an organized, looseleaf, single source documentation of the Federal
        Highway Administration's (FHWA) current policies, regulations and nonregulatory procedural guidance information
        related to the Federal-aid Highway Program.  A small portion of these materials relates to the agency's Federal
        Lands Highway Program.  This initial issuance of the FAPG replaces the Federal-aid Highway Program Manual
        (FHPM) which has become substantially outdated since its original issuance in the early 1970's.

Federal Register
        The Federal Register is the official daily publication for Rules, Proposed Rules, and Notices of Federal agencies and
        organizations, as well as Executive Orders and other Presidential Documents.

National Transportation Library
        The National Transportation Library is a repository of materials from public and private organizations around the
        country.  The Library is intended to facilitate the exchange of information related to transportation.

The Docket
        The docket is a compilation of information about proposed and final regulations issued by the department, including
        public comments on department decisions, Federal Register notices, legal pleadings, rulemaking and other
        documents produced during regulatory or adjudicatory actions.
