Office of Operations
The Federal Highway Administration's Office of Operations provides national leadership for the management and operations of the surface transportation system. Operations programs areas are designed to reduce congestion and improve highway performance using 21st Century Operations Using 21st Century Technologies.
Jeffrey F. Paniati is the Associate Administrator for Operations. Mr. Paniati is also the Acting Program Manager for the ITS Joint Program Office.Program Areas
