Vertical bars represent the percentages of roadway network in six categories of remaining service life, as follows: 0–2 years, 19 percent; 3–7 years, 10 percent; 8–12 years, 40 percent; 13–17 years, 8 percent; 18–22 years, 6 percent; 23–27 years, 17 percent.
