Coordinated Border Infrastructure Program

Appendix J - FY 2002 Section 1311 Report (including FY 2002 Awards)

Congress designated $492,256,000 of NCPD and CBI funds for 123 specific projects in the conference report accompanying the FY 2002 DOT Appropriations Act.

Because Congress designated more funding in the conference report than was provided for the program, the designated amount for each project in the conference report had to be proportionally reduced to fall within the available funding for the program. The total amount actually awarded was $477,980,576.

The NCPD and CBI awards announced during this quarter are listed in the following table.
