Figure 7a shows journey to work departure time aggregated by calendar quarter and Figure 7b shows journey to work departure time aggregated by seasonal quarter. In contrast to the journey to work travel times, the seasonal quarters for departure time graph shows less variation between the quarters and among the years of data. As shown in Figure 7c which has both the calendar and seasonal three-year aggregations, the calendar quarter aggregation reveals a slightly earlier departure time in the second quarter (represented by a point over May) and a later departure time in the third quarter (represented by a point over August).
