*The tables from the main CTPP were not all reproduced in the National CTPP. If the same table numbers had been used in the National as in the main CTPP, there would have been gaps in the numbering and it would have looked like tables were missing from the National product. Therefore, the National CTPP tables have been numbered consecutively without regard for how the similar table was numbered in the main CTPP.
