Counties with a ten-year average unemployment greater than 12% are, Colusa, Fresno, Glenn, Imperial, Kern, Kings, Madera, Merced, Siskiyou, Stanislaus, Sutter, Trinity, Tulare, and Yuba.

Counties with a ten average unemployment between 10-12% are, Alpine, Del Norte, Lake, Modoc, Monterey, Plumas, San Benito, San Joaquin, and Sierra.
