• As each MPO reaches the meeting teleconference live operator, they will be asked to give the NAME of their MPO

• The line will be LISTEN ONLY for the ENTIRE CALL

• When the moderator selects a question for discussion, he/she states name of MPO and highlights the question

• The operator will OPEN ONE PHONE LINE for just that one MPO
