Description

The second activity-based webinar session entitled 'Management-Institutional Perspective' will describe some of the common motivations and concerns expressed by agencies contemplating the move from a trip-based modeling practice to an activity-based modeling system. This webinar will describe the features of activity-based modeling systems now in use and the different paths taken by agencies that have developed activity based-modeling systems. The webinar will describe resource requirements of developing and maintaining an activity-based modeling system-financial, staff, and computing-as well as provide examples of user experiences in a production context.
