Exhibit 11-32 has three pie charts that show the percentages of deficient prestressed concrete superstructure bridges. In the first one, by number of bridges, 87.31 percent are non-deficient, 9.46 are functionally obsolete, and 3.23 are structurally deficient. In the second, by traffic carried, 81.61 percent are non-deficient, 14.80 are functionally obsolete, and 3.60 are structurally deficient. And in the third chart, by deck area, 86.53 percent are non-deficient, 10.53 are functionally obsolete, and 2.94 are structurally deficient.
