Percent of STRAHNET Mileage Rated Acceptable, 1995-2000
Exhibit 12-3 is a chart that shows the percent of STRAHNET mileage rated acceptable from 1995 to 2000. The vertical axis measures percentages from 92 to 97 in increments of 1 percent. The horizontal axis measures each year from 1995 to 2000. 93.6 percent of STRAHNET miles were rated acceptable in 1995, 94.5 in 1996, 94.4 in 1997, 94.7 in 1998, 95.9 in 1999, and 96.3 in 2000.
