Exhibit 13-3 is a bar graph that shows the percent of travel for shopping from 1983 to 1995. The vertical axis has four bars with 2 years for each. The horizontal axis measures percentages from 0 to 25 in increments of 5 percent. The first bar, for vehicle trips, shows that about 11.5 percent of travel was for shopping in 1983 and 13 percent in 1995. The second bar, for person trips, shows that about 17.5 percent of travel was for shopping in 1983 and more than 20 percent in 1995. The third bar, for vehicle miles, shows that about 7 percent of vehicle miles were for shopping in 1983 and 8 percent in 1995. And the fourth bar, for person miles, shows that about 11 percent of person miles were for shopping in 1983 and 14 percent in 1995.
