Exhibit 14-3 is a bar graph that shows frequency of transit use. The vertical axis measures percentages from 0 to 45 percent. The horizontal axis has 9 bars, one for each frequency grouping. 15 percent use transit 7 days a week, 14 percent 6 days, 40 percent 5 days, 7 percent 4 days, 6 percent 3 days, 6 percent 2 days, 5 percent 1 day, 3 percent twice a month, and 4 percent once a month.
