Exhibit 14-4 is a bar graph that shows the percentage of trips according to duration of rider use. The vertical axis measures percentages from 0 to 40 in increments of 5 percent. The horizontal axis has six bars, one for each duration. 9 percent are less than a month, 19 are 1 to 6 months, 9 are 7 to 12 months, 15 are 1 to 2 years, 14 are 2 to 4 years, and 34 are more than 4 years.
