Exhibit 19-15 is a bar graph that shows the percent of the National bus fleet using alternative fuels from 1992 to 2000. The vertical axis measures percentages from 0 to 8 in increments of 1 percent. The horizontal axis has 9 bars, one for each year. In 1992, 1.2 percent of the Nation's bus fleet was using alternative fuels. The figure increased to 2.5 in 1993 and 3.2 in 1994, dropped to 2.7 in 1995, and rose to 3.8 in 1996, 4.7 in 1997, 5.0 in 1998, 6.1 in 1999, and 7.5 in 2000.
