Rural NHS DVMT on Good and Acceptable Pavements
Exhibit 24-4 is a chart that shows rural National Highway System (NHS) DMVT on good and acceptable. The vertical axis measures percentages from 0 to 100 in increments of 20 percent. The horizontal axis measures each year from 1994 to 2001. There are two lines; the first one, for percent DMVT on NHS pavement with acceptable ride quality, starts at 93.8 percent in 1995, increases to 94.9 in 1997, 96.6 in 1999, and 96.8 in 2000. The second line, for percent DVMT on NHS pavement with good ride quality, starts at 49.2 percent in 1995, increases to 52.3 in 1997, 61.0 in 1999, and 63.6 in 2000.
