Exhibit 27-1 is a bar graph that shows a summary of transit needs on federally managed lands from 2001 to 2020. The vertical axis measures millions of 1999 dollars from 0 to 1800 in increments of 200 million. The horizontal axis has 3 bars, one for each type of federally managed land. NPS is projected to need $1,554 million, USFWS $126 million, and BLM $30 million.
