Acceptable Small Urban Area Pavement
Exhibit 3-8 is a bar graph that shows acceptable small urban area pavement by percentages. The vertical axis measures percentages from 0 to 100 in increments of 10 percent. The horizontal axis has five bars, one each for the years 1993, 1995, 1997, 1999, and 2000. In 1993, 81.2 percent of pavement was judged acceptable (no percentage is given for pavements regarded as "good"). In 1995, 81.7 percent of pavement was judged acceptable and 43.2 percent was regarded as good. In 1997, 81.0 percent of pavement was judged acceptable and 41.1 percent was regarded as good. In 1999, 78.8 percent of pavement was judged acceptable and 35.9 percent was regarded as good. And in 2000, 79.8 percent of pavement was judged acceptable and 37.5 percent was regarded as good.
