Exhibit 6-33 is a pie chart that shows sources of rural transit operator budgets for operating expenses in 2000. 23 percent was from State transit funds, 20 from local transit funds, 17 from passenger fares, 14 from human services programs, 14 from Section 5311, 11 from other revenues, and 1 from in-kind contributions.
