Exhibit ES09A is a bar graph that shows incidents, injuries, and fatalities per 100 million passenger miles traveled (PMT) in 1990 and 2000. The vertical axis measures incidents, injuries, and fatalities per 100 million PMT from 0 to 300 in increments of 100. The horizontal axis has two bars-one for 1990 and one for 2000. In 1990 there were 251 incidents per 100 million PMT, 148 injuries, and .89 fatalities. In 2000 there were 142 incidents per 100 million PMT, 135 injuries, and .69 fatalities.
