Prior to ISTEA, data were not collected for projects on the Federal-aid secondary FAS) system or off the Federal-aid systems. Since ISTEA and TEA-21, only NHS data are collected.

2/ The year shown is the year FHWA received the report of the completed project.

3/ Labor hours shown are for "on-site" work only, and do not include off-site work at materials plants, suppliers, office staff, management, etc.

4/ Number of jobs equals total hours divided by 1600.
