2/ Lee County Bridges consists of the Cape Coral Bridge, the Midpoint Bridge, and the Sanibel Bridge and Causeway.

3/ Toll data estimated by FHWA.

4/ Facility is also responsible for approximately $3.0 billion of bonds issued for mass transit purposes.

5/ Harris County Toll Facilities consist of the Harris County Toll Road and the Jesse Jones Memorial Toll Bridge.
