1/ This table summarizes the debt status of publicly owned toll facilities operated by local governments, local road and bridge districts and specially created authorities. Only facilities with outstanding bonds are included.

2/ Obligations Outstanding Beginning of Year is $424,650,000 lower than Obligations Outstanding End of Year in 2004 on the LGB-2T because Rock Island Centennial Bridge and Chicago Skyway Toll Bridge are no longer toll facilities.

3/ Lee County Bridges consists of the Cape Coral Bridge, the Midpoint Bridge, and the Sanibel Bridge and Causeway.

4/ Toll data estimated by FHWA.

5/ Facility is also responsible for approximately $3.0 billion of bonds issued for mass transit purposes.

6/ Harris County Toll Facilities consist of the Harris County Toll Road and the Jesse Jones Memorial Toll Bridge.
