NPHQ 2007: The Quest for Highway Quality

Partnerships, programs, and proven results will be the theme at the National Partnership for Highway Quality's (NPHQ) 2007 Highway Quality Conference. Scheduled for November 13-14, 2007, in San Diego, California, the conference will highlight innovations, advanced tools and techniques, and best practices. NPHQ brings together State, Federal, local, and highway industry leaders to encourage the use of quality practices that will improve safety and service for highway users.

The 2007 conference will include presentations on public and private sector views of quality, measuring project quality from a customer viewpoint, innovative workforce training concepts, and State quality partnerships. The NPHQ National Achievement Award winners will also be announced at the conference.

The event is aimed at Federal, State, and local government representatives; highway design, construction, traffic engineering, and maintenance professionals; tollway authorities and operators; contractors; consultants; materials suppliers; and university transportation researchers.
