State-Specific Load and Resistance Factor Rating (LRFR) Load Rating Guidelines

The Webinar covers fundamental information, lesssons learned, and resources available to address State-specific load rating issues such as the application of State legal loads and load calibration based on weigh-in-motion data. Representatives from the New York State Department of Transportation and Oregon Department of Transportation will share information on their LRFR procedures. The target audience for the Webinar includes bridge and structures staff from local, regional, and State transportation agencies; Federal Highway Administration (FHWA) staff; and consultants. Participants will have the opportunity to download the Webinar presentations.
