PaveSpec 3.0 Software....
Paving the Way to Better Roads

Abstract
PaveSpec 3.0 CD. Through the use of PaveSpec 3.0, State and local highway/ transportation agencies can develop performance-related specifications (PRS) and predict the performance of a constructed pavement. In addition, PaveSpec 3.0 can be used as a technology transfer tool to enable both contractors and highway agencies to get a better understanding of what it takes to construct highway performance pavements.
