Overview
The HIPERPAV Technical Memorandums (listed below) are a compendium of expanded technical memorandums which chronicle the communication between the HIPERPAV Team and the HIPERPAV Validation Team during the validation process. These memorandums serve to document the HIPERPAV Calibration and Validation project in technical detail from start to finish.
If you are interested in obtaining copies the technical memorandums, please contact Fred Faridazar (fred.faridazar@fhwa.dot.gov).
