About the Realty Competency Building Navigator

The RCB Navigator was designed to help public sector realty professionals (Federal, State, Local Agencies and Consultants) identify the key competency areas in their field and to serve as a centralized source of credible, up-to-date information and learning and development resources.

Using the navigator is simple:

Select your role
Select multiple resource types
Select multiple competency areas
Select a level of understanding

You will then be presented with a list of resources that meet your search criteria. You can sort the list as you like for easier reading and will also have the ability to return to any of the previous steps to change your selections. In addition, you can search all resources.

The Navigator was sponsored by HEPR and created with the assistance of a Steering Committee of individuals from different modal administrations.
