R/W-URAC, SR/WA, R/W-RAC, R/W-NAC, President of Pinnacle Consulting Management Group, Inc., is responsible for the executive management of a firm that provides project Right-of-Way/land acquisition services and land acquisition program management services. Lisa's continued dedication is reflected through her commitments as the International Vice-President of the International Executive Committee; International Right-of-Way Association (IRWA) Master Facilitator of 12 years; member of the International Relocation Committee; 2005 recipient of the Professional of the Year, Region 2, IRWA and 2005 IRWA Frank C. Balfour Right-of-Way Professional of the Year; co-author/presenter of the 2005 changes to the Uniform Act; author of the revised version of IRWA Course 504-Computation of Relocation Payment; Chair of the IRWA Relocation Sub-Committee for education evaluation and revisions; and former Chair of the IRWA R/W Consultants Council. During her Right-of-Way career, Lisa has provided consulting land acquisition/relocation services for numerous government agencies throughout the U.S. and has developed/implemented quality assurance and training programs related to the acquisition/relocation process.
Ed was a Realty Specialist for the FHWA in the Headquarters office in Washington, DC, until retirement in 2010. Prior to his Headquarters assignment he was the Realty and Environmental Officer for the FHWA Nebraska Division Office (DO) for 28 years. In the Nebraska DO, he was responsible for implementing the transportation enhancement program and recreational trails program, in addition to the real estate and environmental duties. Other assignments in his 39 years at FHWA were in Minnesota, Kentucky, Michigan, New Jersey, and New York.
SR/WA, R/W-RAC, is a project manager with Diversified Property Services, Inc., a full-service Right-of-Way consulting firm in Timonium, Maryland. Vanessa joined Diversified Property Services in 2003 and has worked on several relocation projects for the company in the Baltimore; Washington, DC; and northern Virginia areas. Prior to joining Diversified, Vanessa worked for East Baltimore Development, Inc. a non-profit in Baltimore City charged with the major redevelopment of Baltimore's East Baltimore community. Vanessa also worked for The Family League of Baltimore City where she served as Deputy Director with oversight for government grants and contracts. Vanessa worked for the State of Maryland for several years as a Technical Assistance Manager for the Governor's Office for Children, Youth and Families. Vanessa holds an M.A. from the Ohio State University and a B.A. from the University of Maryland Eastern Shore. She is a member of the International Right-of-Way Association (IRWA) and has earned a Relocation Certification and Senior Right-of-Way Designation. She currently serves as President of the IRWA Potomac Chapter 14. Vanessa is a licensed real estate agent in Maryland and a licensed Notary Public in Maryland and Virginia.
