Course Description: Through lectures and hands-on computer exercises, this course covers the preparation of the DD Form 1354 and DA Form 337 as well as the process and procedures for the accounting of Army military real property, management of real property/real estate, and the automated system used to maintain the data of Army military real property/real estate. The course will provide for the most recent updates in the procedures and maintenance of the Army military real property.
Target Audience: Army military real property clerks, technicians, and officers
Attendance Restrictions: Attendees should be engaged in the accountability and management of Army real property/real estate as well as real property master planning. Fundamental knowledge of real property/real estate and the automated system used to maintain the accountability is required.

Course Description: This course covers facility and program design to prevent accidents and injuries and to minimize health hazards for visitors and employees. Topics include liability and risk; jurisdictions, legal apparatus and decision making; and analysis of resource-based recreation case law. The course is taught over the Internet using a one-on-one approach with the instructor. Students are required to read and understand case materials, answer questions on each topic, and analyze two cases with regard to course topics. Assignments are sent via e-mail directly to the instructor, and feedback is returned directly to the student. (3 credits)
