Course Description: This course is a collaboration between professionals, from different Federal agencies, involved with realty (title), cadastral survey (boundary), and appraisal (value) principles for federal real property management programs. This course is designed at a working level; trainees should have knowledge of their agency's laws, regulations and guidelines that dictate responsibilities associated with federal/public land management. Lessons involve numerous case study exercises examined in-group activities.
