Appendix D: Workshop Agenda
This appendix provides a copy of the original workshop revisions and slight revisions made following the first two workshops.
Original Agenda sequence for the Denver and Washington DC Workshops.
Revised Agenda sequence for the remaining four workshops held in Sacramento,
Vancouver, Albuquerque, and Minneapolis.
The main change was moving the exercise regarding sources of conflict from the afternoon session into the morning to engage the participants early on in dialogue during the session, since this was a major critique from the Denver workshop. The participants in the Denver workshop felt too much time was spent on methodology and not enough time was being devoted to Interagency discussion. Many of the participants had already had training similar to the material addressing conflict resolution strategies and did not want it repeated.
