Continuous Improvement System

Developing and implementing a management system is a continuous improvement process that involves several key steps. They include planning, implementing, monitoring and measuring, and revising--or quite simply "plan, do, measure, and revise." The public sectors can also include the concepts of quality, best management practices, and continuous improvement in their planning efforts.
